Evaluating what your home is worth in today’s market is based on a number of things. By providing some information about your property, I will be able to get you a more accurate price. I will then review the comparables in your neighbourhood as well as use the Home Pricing Index (HPI), my experience in your area as well as current market insights such as inventory levels in your price range and buyer demand to determine what your home is worth.
