About

I have 9+ years of client-facing sales experience: 7+ years as a licensed Realtor with Century 21 In Town Realty in Vancouver since March 2019, and before that as a Sales Associate at Holt Renfrew. As a Realtor I reached $30M+ in career transaction volume, earned the Century 21 Canada Masters Ruby Award, and mentor new agents. My education is in engineering, with a bachelor's in industrial engineering and a master's in engineering business management. I founded Valyo, a PropTech product for AI-written, broker-branded property valuation reports, and I build AI and automation tools on AWS, backed by the AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Associate certification.

Featured

Shopify product monitor

What I built
A Python service, built from scratch, that runs on AWS EC2 under systemd. It tracks prices at the variant level, diffs product descriptions to catch changes, runs OCR on product images, and sends alerts to multiple Telegram recipients.
Outcome
Monitored about 3,000 products across four services (product, image, site, and OCR monitoring). Detected a giveaway item in production.

This website

Problem
I wanted a portfolio that also shows how I design and run infrastructure on AWS.
What I built
A static site I set up by hand in the AWS Console: a private S3 bucket behind CloudFront with Origin Access Control, a free ACM certificate, and DNS in Route 53. A CloudFront Function handles clean URLs and the www redirect. Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK and automated deploys with GitHub Actions are in progress.
